Wake Up and Tuck In Services are fit to accommodate your lifestyle and provide you with that extra hand to help you to live each day to its fullest.
Our coordination department will arrange a four hour time slot which suits your schedule best. Two hours will be dedicated to rendering morning care and the remaining two will be set aside for evening care.
At the start of the day, your Caregiver will be there to provide the following services (2 Hours)
- Assistance with getting out of bed
- Getting dressed
- Preparing a healthy and nutritious breakfast, based on your dietary preferences or needs
- Morning medication reminders
- Bathing
- Preparation for the day
At the end of the day, your Caregiver will be there to provide the following services (2 Hours)
- Dinner preparation and cleanup
- Evening medication reminders
- Assistance with brushing your teeth and grooming activities
- Bathing
- Help to get into the bed
- Preparing clothing for the next morning
- Security house checks to ensure all doors and windows are locked
- Checking the oven and stove to ensure that they are off
- Charging electronics
- Ensuring Emergency Alert buttons are worn
